Summary of comments made:
- Provide more local/community news and events (6)
- Don't organise the site round the Council's internal structure (2)
- Provide direct contact names and phone numbers (2)
- Not all Council office addresses provided
- No detailed (road) maps
- More quick links on the home page
- Often takes lots of clicks to find information
- Need links to every school web site
- Direct access to committee reports (rather than emailing)
- Better communicate Aberdeenshire's advantages as an area
- Provide webcams
- Library catalogue use is not always intuitive
- Annoying to click on small triangles rather than text
